Basic Bone Grafting


In order for a dental implant to be functional and provide for optimum esthetics in the final restoration, it is absolutely essential that there be a sufficient amount of bone to safely maintain that implant. Regeneration of hard tissues, bone, in the application of dental implant placement has therefor become a major topic in the past ten years. This course will discuss basic Bone Grafting procedures.
